GWE has been involved in creating the new state-of-the-art campus for Santander at Unity Place in Milton Keynes.

The scope for the fit-out of MEP services includes the following: Ductwork, Sprinklers, LTHW & CHW Pipework, Condensate, Electrical containment, Small Power, Busbar, Lighting and Fire Alarm, BMS, Testing & Commissioning. The new office, which represents 44,000m² of ultra-modern office space constructed over expansive double basement and will be home to 6000 employees. The building is on target for BREEAM Excellent and WELL ‘Gold’ Certification. GWE is on target to help deliver the new head office site which is due to open in Q3 2023.
