This project is wide and varied, creating new laboratories and office spaces, from the initial site and cabin temps to the final handover to GSK facilities.

The installation includes the rip out and adaptation of the existing installation within Building 7 and sections of building 8 basement, ground, and void areas, with a complete new fit-out on floors 1 and 2. The type of work undertaken will be the alteration of existing LV panels, the installation of horizontal Busbar systems and associated high-level feeder busbars to all the laboratory small power, new dimming and lighting systems throughout, and the upgrade of the fire alarm, data, access control, and small power. All resulting in a highly quality BREEAM excellent rated development.
